How does your dumpster rental service work?
Our dumpster rental service is simple! Choose the right dumpster size for your project and schedule a delivery date online. On your delivery date, we will deliver your dumpster, you fill it up, and we’ll haul it away at the end of your rental. When you’re finished, simply call or text us. We’ll come to haul away your dumpster rental promptly so you can focus on your project. If we don’t hear from you before the end of your scheduled time, we will pick up your dumpster on the last day of your rental period.
What are your hours of operation?
We deliver our dumpsters between the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and we are open 7 days a week. Our delivery times are not guaranteed. We will deliver the dumpster on the promised day and do our best to give a time frame of when the dumpsters will be dropped off and picked up; however, the exact time is unknown due to unpredictable waiting times at the landfills. How far in advance do I need to order my dumpster?
We prefer a 24-hour advance notice to allow for scheduling. However, we do offer and try our best to make same-day deliveries. In the event we are unable to, you will be contacted for next-day delivery. You can also contact our Customer Service department at (248) 201-8796 to check for same-day availability.
What do I need to rent a dumpster?
All dumpster rentals must have a credit card on file, stored securely with our credit card processing company. This is required in case the equipment gets damaged or the dumpster goes over the weight limit. We accept all forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, money orders, and cash. We are PCI compliant and take our customers’ information security very seriously.
What if I am not ready for delivery or need to cancel my order?
If we have already left our yard to deliver your dumpster, a trip charge will occur based on the location in addition to the cost of the dumpster. Please call the office at (248) 201-8796 to update your order. You may change the date of delivery up to 24 hours prior to the delivery. If you have rented your dumpster via credit card and would like to cancel your order, Haul-All Dumpsters reserves the right to charge 10% of your total cost and will refund the difference to your credit card.
How long is the dumpster rental period?
The rental period is for the days rented. If the dumpster is kept for longer than the agreed-upon days, there will be an additional charge of $25 per day.
What is included in the price of a dumpster rental?
The quoted price includes a one-time delivery and pick-up for the dumpster, associated fuel, and taxes. Additional charges will occur for extended rental periods, relocation of a dumpster, and over-weight or over-height limits. If there are items in the dumpster that were not discussed in writing or are not allowed, they will be billed accordingly. Additional charges will be invoiced and charged to the card on file within 5 days of the container being picked up.
How do I decide what size dumpster to choose?
Choosing the right dumpster depends on the size and type of your project:
• 10-Yard Dumpster ( 4 Pickup Truck Loads): Ideal for small cleanouts, minor renovations, or yard debris.
• 15-Yard Dumpster ( 6 Pickup Truck Loads): Great for small-to-medium cleanups.
• 20-Yard Dumpster ( 8 Pickup Truck Loads): Works well for medium projects like flooring removal, roofing jobs, or larger cleanups.
• 30-Yard Dumpster: Best for major renovations, construction projects, or full property cleanouts.
If you are unsure, it is usually safer to go slightly bigger to avoid needing a second dumpster. Feel free to call or text us, and we will guide you to the right size.
How much weight can I put in the dumpster?
• 10-Yard Dumpster: 1 ton (2,000 pounds) • 15-Yard Dumpster: 1.5 tons (3,000 pounds) • 20-Yard Dumpster: 2 tons (4,000 pounds) • 30-Yard Dumpster: 3 tons (6,000 pounds) Please note: Additional charges apply for exceeding the weight load limit.
Are roll-off dumpsters safe on driveways?
Yes. At Haul-All Dumpsters, we treat every property like our own. We place wood boards under the wheels during delivery to help protect your driveway and reduce the chance of marks or damage.
